Probes run every minute against the real upstream; uptime windows are rolled up daily. Incidents post here within the response SLA defined on the Operations page.

OperationalFastAPI gateway over Infor SX.e SOAP. Real-time customer, product, pricing, and order operations for ERP-connected tenants.
Salesforce Live Sync
MeasuringContinuous bi-directional sync between Factory Labs and connected Salesforce orgs. Aggregated from per-tenant sync run telemetry.
Mailbox ingest (Outlook / Graph)
MeasuringInbound email-to-cases ingest via Microsoft Graph subscriptions and pull-mode polling.
Telephony
DegradedVoice + SMS via Twilio / RingCentral / Aircall / Nextiva. Status reflects the underlying carrier the customer is connected to.
Incidents
Platform-wide incidents only — not per-customer integration detail. Post-mortems for any P1 or P2 are written within 14 days per the incident response policy.
