We are working with our launch customers on their go-public stories. The first studies will land here over the coming months, with the operational numbers reps and ops actually care about: live order freshness, reconciliation overhead removed, deliverability on 10DLC, and total cost over the same 12 months on the prior stack.

What a Factory Labs case study contains

We publish case studies the way we wish vendors had published them when we were buyers: a one-paragraph summary of what changed operationally, three concrete numbers with the time window they cover, the integration shape with diagrams, and a short note from the team that runs it. No glossy testimonials, no vague "ROI improvements." Each study links to the related blog posts and technical docs so a reader can verify how the claimed architecture actually works.
