Commerce on the platform you already run.No revenue tax.

Your ERP, catalog, pricing, and customer accounts already run your business. Factory Ecomm turns them into an online store for a flat price, not a percentage of every order.

1% of sales sounds small until it’s about 5% of your gross margin. A $1B distributor pays roughly $10M a year for a storefront sitting on data they already maintain.

How Factory Ecomm is wired

Every storefront action is a live ERP transaction

When a customer checks out, the order lands in your ERP right away. Order status, invoices, catalog, and pricing all come straight from the source, never a day-old copy.

Why “built-in” changes everything

Most online stores run on a separate platform that keeps its own copy of your products and orders. Factory Ecomm keeps no copy. It reads and writes the real thing.

Orders become real transactions, instantly

Because the ERP connection is built in, a customer's cart, quote, or checkout becomes a real ERP order the moment they hit submit, through the same connection our CRM and automations use. Order status, tracking, and invoices are read back live too, never from a separate system's copy that's already drifting from what your ERP shows.

One catalog, no copies

The store shows the same product catalog your team already manages: descriptions, images, specs, fitment, cross-references, and customer-specific pricing. There's nothing to copy into a separate store system and no lag where the two disagree. Update it once; the store reflects it.

Search is pluggable

Out of the box, shoppers can search your full catalog by part number, keyword, or description. Already run Elasticsearch? Point Factory Ecomm at your own search instead. Same store, your index. Your catalog stays the single source of truth either way.

Cut out the middle man

No extra system in the middle

Most online stores run on a separate platform that keeps its own copy of your products, prices, and orders, and that's one more system to license, set up, and keep in sync. Factory Ecomm skips it and works directly off the ERP and catalog you already have.
